I am on my way to migrate over to wordpress, following the lead of my favourite tech-geek couple.

However, being the technically-inapt fat cat, i am still trying to figure out a way to tweak the bloody template, so the new site looks ridiculously raw. However, new posts will go on to the new site, unless there are complicated layouts or photos.

After all, it's a good time to dump all those blogdrive baggage.

Just got back from a long awaited getaway at Genting Highlands.

Considering the last time since i took leave for a REAL break, its been a really long time.

Nothing much to shout about, basically, it's just a preview of how an IR would be like. Oh, of course the plus point was that i left the place some rm600 richer.

Directed by Peter Jackson, with numerous positive reviews and being the first movie for 2006 (or for a long time since i last seen one in a theatre), King Kong had the makings of a perfect evening.

But last night King Kong was a real bore despite the high expectations! It would be going way too hard on the film to say that its boring, but - bum cramps aside - i left the theatre almost as tickled as i would, had i chose to nap at home!

In essense, the show was way too long and followed too rigidly to the novel (i think ar). The fight scenes were brilliant - trademarks of Peter Jackson, but the ending was.....zzzzzz.
